Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data SocialPulsar at socialpulsar.xyz (including Gemma AI and the Lobby team operations workspace) processes and why. Data controller: SocialPulsar — Enis Yavuzbaş. Contact: privacy@socialpulsar.xyz.

Data we collect

Account: email address, password (only a one-way hash is stored), two-step verification (authenticator) secret and session data.
Profile: display name and an optional profile photo.
Content: posts, images and the tasks, notes, documents, events and payment records you add in Lobby.
Gemma AI: your messages are sent to the AI model service SocialPulsar uses in order to generate replies; chat history is stored only in your own browser.
Security logs: IP address and failed sign-in counts, to block abuse and brute-force attempts.

Google user data (SocialPulsar Lobby: Google Tasks, Google Calendar and Google Drive)

SocialPulsar Lobby is the team workspace inside SocialPulsar. It offers three optional Google connections on its Task apps page: Google Tasks, Google Calendar and Google Drive. Each one is connected separately, only by the person who owns the Google account. This section describes exactly how SocialPulsar Lobby accesses, uses, stores, shares and deletes Google user data.

Data accessed

Basic identity (openid) and email address (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email). We use these only to show which Google account is connected.
Google Tasks (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/tasks). We use this to manage task lists and tasks in your own Google Tasks account.
Google Calendar list (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.calendarlist.readonly). Read-only. We read the names and colours of your calendars so that you can choose which ones to share.
Google Calendar events (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events.readonly). Read-only. From the calendars you chose, we read only each event's start and end time, title and visibility setting. We never read descriptions, locations, attendees, attachments or conference links, and we never create, change or delete calendar events.
Google Drive, files you pick (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file). When you ask the assistant to find a file, Google's own file picker opens on your Drive with the assistant's search words. Lobby only receives the name, link and type of the files you pick there. Lobby never lists, searches, reads, changes or deletes your Drive by itself.
We do not request access to Gmail, contacts or any other Google data.

How we use the data

We create one task list named “Lobby” in your Google Tasks account.
In that list we create, update and delete copies of the Lobby tasks that are assigned to you, including the title, notes, due date and completion state.
If you turn on “Complete from this app”, we read the completion status of those copies, so that a task you tick in Google Tasks is also completed in Lobby.
Google Calendar: the time and title of events in the calendars you chose to share are shown on Lobby's Calendar page to the members of your own SocialPulsar team group (for example Community, Marketing or Esports), so the team can see when people are busy. Events marked “Private” or “Confidential” in Google Calendar are shown only as “Busy”, without a title. Cancelled events are not shown. You can change the shared calendars or disconnect at any time.
We do not read, change or delete your other task lists or tasks. We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, credit decisions or for training AI/ML models.

AI features and Google user data

SocialPulsar's AI features (Gemma AI and the Lobby assistant) generate replies with Google's open-weights Gemma 4 model. The model is self-hosted: the Tencent PUBG MOBILE team that uses SocialPulsar runs it on its own dedicated GPU servers (cloud VPC instances) and reaches it through an internal OpenAI-compatible gateway (LiteLLM). The model weights are stored and run locally on these servers.

Requests are processed only on these self-hosted servers. They are never sent to Google, to the model provider or to any other external AI provider, and there is no fallback to other models.
The model servers and the gateway log only request metadata (time, endpoint, model name and status code). The content of prompts and replies is not logged or stored there. The deployment is inference-only: no request data is used to train or fine-tune any model.
No Google user data is sent to any AI model or AI service. This covers Google Tasks data, Google Calendar events and anything derived from them (such as free/busy times), and the names or links of Google Drive files. The assistant works only with what you type and with information created in Lobby itself.
Google user data is never used to create, train or improve any AI/ML model, whether ours or a third party's, and is never transferred or sold for that purpose.
When you ask the assistant to find a file, it only turns your own words into search terms. Google's file picker then runs in your browser; the assistant never sees your Google Drive.

Data sharing

We do not sell Google user data and do not share or transfer it to third parties. Calendar event times and titles are shown only to the signed-in members of your own team group inside Lobby, because you chose to share them. The only other exceptions are when you explicitly ask us to, when it is needed for security, or when the law requires it. Our hosting providers (Tencent Cloud, Cloudflare) process the data only to run the service.

Storage and protection

OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored on our server in Frankfurt, Germany, encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Every connection is protected by HTTPS (TLS).
Calendar event data is not saved to our database. It is fetched from Google when your team opens the Calendar page and kept in server memory for at most 3 minutes to limit requests. We store only the IDs, names and colours of the calendars you chose to share.
The encryption key is kept separately from the database. Only automated sync code uses the tokens. No person reads them, except to fix security problems, to comply with the law, or with your explicit consent.

Retention and deletion

We keep the tokens and the Google account email only while the connection is active.
When you click “Disconnect” on the Task apps page, the stored tokens and connection data are deleted immediately. For Google Calendar we also ask Google to revoke the access, and your events disappear from the team calendar.
You can also revoke access at any time in your Google account permissions. After that, sync stops and the stored tokens no longer work.
Task copies already created in your Google Tasks stay in your Google account, and you can delete them there.
To ask for the deletion of all your data, email privacy@socialpulsar.xyz. We reply within 30 days.

SocialPulsar Lobby's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The Microsoft To Do connection works under the same rules, for task copies only.

Company leaves and the Outlook calendar

Leaves reported in SocialPulsar Lobby (type, dates or hours, an optional city or location, and the person's name, email and departments) are visible to everyone in the company, so the team can see who is off, working remotely or out of town. The note is visible only to the person, the email recipients they choose, and leave managers (Office Admin).

Company Outlook calendar. A leave manager can connect the company's Microsoft (outlook.com) account once, with Microsoft's own sign-in; SocialPulsar never sees the password. We ask for permission to read the account's calendar list and to create and delete events (Calendars.ReadWrite, with offline_access to keep the connection).
What is sent to Outlook: for each leave, one event in the chosen calendar with the leave type, the person's name, the dates or hours and the location if one was given (for example “Annual Leave · Name Surname”). The note, email addresses and anything else are not sent. No invitations or emails are sent. When a leave is removed in Lobby, its Outlook event is deleted.
What we read from Outlook: only the list of calendars (to pick one) and the account's name and address. We do not read existing events or emails.
Storage: the Microsoft tokens are stored encrypted on our server and are deleted when a leave manager clicks “Disconnect”. Access can also be revoked at any time in the Microsoft account's privacy settings (account.live.com/consent/Manage).
Leave data and Outlook data are not sent to any AI service other than as described in AI features (Lobby's own leave dates and types may be used by the Lobby assistant; Microsoft data is never used).

Cookies and browser storage

Only necessary cookies are used: the session cookie (sp_session) and, while connecting a task app, a connection cookie valid for 20 minutes (lobby_oauth, or lobby_outlook when a leave manager connects Outlook). There are no advertising or tracking cookies. Language, appearance and Gemma chats are kept in your browser's local storage.

Hosting and transfers

Data is stored on a Tencent Cloud server in Frankfurt, Germany; traffic is delivered securely through Cloudflare. We do not sell your data.

Retention and your rights

Data is kept while your account is active. To access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data (GDPR / KVKK), or to have your account deleted, email privacy@socialpulsar.xyz.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date on this page is updated; important changes are announced in the app.

Google kullanıcı verileri (SocialPulsar Lobby: Google Tasks, Google Takvim ve Google Drive)

SocialPulsar Lobby, SocialPulsar içindeki ekip çalışma alanıdır. Görev uygulamaları sayfasında isteğe bağlı üç Google bağlantısı sunar: Google Tasks, Google Takvim ve Google Drive. Kullanım

Google Tasks hesabında "Lobby" adlı tek bir liste oluştururuz.

Yapay zekâ özellikleri ve Google kullanıcı verileri

SocialPulsar'ın yapay zekâ özellikleri (Gemma AI ve Lobby asistanı), yanıtları Google'ın açık ağırlıklı Gemma 4 modeliyle üretir. Model kendi sunucularımızda barındırılır: SocialPulsar'ı kullanan Tencent PUBG MOBILE ekibi modeli kendine ayrılmış GPU sunucularında (bulut VPC sunucuları) çalıştırır ve OpenAI uyumlu dahili bir ağ geçidi (LiteLLM) üzerinden erişir. Model ağırlıkları bu sunucularda saklanır ve çalıştırılır.

İstekler yalnızca bu sunucularda işlenir; Google'a, model sağlayıcısına ya da başka herhangi bir yapay zekâ sağlayıcısına gönderilmez ve başka bir modele yönlendirilmez.

Paylaşım

Google kullanıcı verilerini satmayız, üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmayız ve aktarmayız. Takvim etkinliklerinin saat ve başlıkları, paylaşmayı seçtiğin için yalnızca Lobby içinde kendi ekip grubunun oturum açmış üyelerine gösterilir. Bunun dışındaki tek istisnalar senin açık talebin, güvenlik gereklilikleri ve yasal zorunluluklardır. Barındırma sağlayıcılarımız (Tencent Cloud, Cloudflare) verileri yalnızca hizmeti çalıştırmak için işler.

Saklama ve koruma

OAuth erişim ve yenileme anahtarları Frankfurt'taki (Almanya) sunucumuzda AES-256-GCM ile şifreli tutulur. Tüm bağlantılar HTTPS (TLS) ile korunur.

Saklama süresi ve silme

Anahtarlar ve Google hesap e-postası yalnızca bağlantı açık olduğu sürece tutulur.
Görev uygulamaları sayfasında "Bağlantıyı kes"e bastığında kayıtlı anahtarlar ve bağlantı bilgileri hemen silinir. Google Takvim için ayrıca Google'dan erişimin iptalini isteriz ve etkinliklerin ekip takviminden kalkar.
Erişimi istediğin zaman Google hesap izinlerinden de kaldırabilirsin. Bundan sonra eşitleme durur ve kayıtlı anahtarlar çalışmaz.
Google Tasks'ta zaten oluşmuş kopyalar Google hesabında kalır; onları orada silebilirsin.
Tüm verilerinin silinmesini istemek için privacy@socialpulsar.xyz adresine yaz. 30 gün içinde yanıt veririz.

Şirket izinleri ve Outlook takvimi

SocialPulsar Lobby'de bildirilen izinler (tür, tarih veya saat, isteğe bağlı şehir/konum ile kişinin adı, e-postası ve departmanları) şirketteki herkese görünür; böylece ekip kimin izinli, uzaktan çalışıyor ya da şehir dışında olduğunu görebilir. Outlook'tan okunanlar: yalnızca takvim listesi (seçim için) ile hesabın adı ve adresi. Mevcut etkinlikler ve e-postalar okunmaz.
Saklama: Microsoft erişim anahtarları sunucumuzda şifreli saklanır ve izin yöneticisi “Bağlantıyı kes”e bastığında silinir. Erişim, Microsoft hesabının gizlilik ayarlarından (account.live.com/consent/Manage) her zaman geri alınabilir.

Çerezler ve tarayıcı depolaması

Yalnızca gerekli çerezler kullanılır: oturum çerezi (sp_session) ve bir görev uygulaması bağlanırken 20 dakika geçerli bağlantı çerezi (lobby_oauth; izin yöneticisi Outlook'u bağlarken lobby_outlook). Reklam veya izleme çerezi yoktur. Dil, görünüm ve Gemma sohbetleri tarayıcının yerel depolamasında tutulur.

Barındırma ve aktarım

Veriler Almanya'da (Frankfurt) bulunan bir Tencent Cloud sunucusunda saklanır; trafik Cloudflare üzerinden güvenli şekilde iletilir. Verilerini satmayız.

Saklama ve haklarınız

Veriler hesabın açık olduğu sürece saklanır. KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında verilerine erişme, düzeltme, silme ve itiraz haklarını kullanmak ya da hesabını sildirmek için privacy@socialpulsar.xyz adresine yazabilirsin.

Değişiklikler

Bu politika güncellenirse bu sayfadaki tarih değişir; önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde duyurulur.

Google 用户数据（SocialPulsar Lobby：Google Tasks、Google 日历与 Google 云端硬盘）

SocialPulsar Lobby 是 SocialPulsar 内的团队工作区，可在“任务应用”页面选择连接三项 Google 服务：Google Tasks、Google 日历和 Google 云端硬盘。每项均需单独连接，且只能由 Google 账号本人连接。本节说明 SocialPulsar Lobby 如何访问、使用、存储、共享和删除 Google 用户数据。

访问的数据

基本身份（openid）和电子邮箱（https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email）：仅用于显示已连接的 Google 账号。
Google Tasks（https://www.googleapis.com/auth/tasks）：用于管理你本人 Google Tasks 中的任务列表和任务。
Google 日历列表（https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.calendarlist.readonly）：只读。我们读取你的日历名称和颜色，供你选择要共享哪些日历。
Google 日历活动（https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events.readonly）：只读。在你选择的日历中，我们只读取每个活动的开始和结束时间、标题以及可见性设置。我们从不读取描述、地点、参与者、附件或会议链接，也从不创建、修改或删除日历活动。
Google 云端硬盘中你选择的文件（https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file）：当你让助手查找文件时，Google 自己的文件选择器会用助手的搜索词在你的云端硬盘中打开。Lobby 只获得你在其中选择的文件的名称、链接和类型。Lobby 从不自行列出、搜索、读取、修改或删除你的云端硬盘。
我们不请求 Gmail、联系人或任何其他 Google 数据。

使用方式

在你的 Google Tasks 中创建一个名为“Lobby”的列表。
在该列表中创建、更新和删除分配给你的 Lobby 任务副本（标题、备注、截止日期、完成状态）。
如果你开启“在此应用中完成”，我们会读取这些副本的完成状态，使你在 Google Tasks 中勾选的任务在 Lobby 中同样完成。
Google 日历：你选择共享的日历中活动的时间和标题，只会在 Lobby 的“日历”页面中显示给你所在 SocialPulsar 团队分组（如 Community、Marketing、Espor）的成员，方便团队了解谁何时有空。在 Google 日历中标记为“私人”或“机密”的活动只显示为“忙碌”，不显示标题；已取消的活动不显示。你可以随时更改共享的日历或断开连接。
我们不会读取、修改或删除你的其他列表或任务；不会将 Google 数据用于广告、用户画像、信用决策或训练 AI/机器学习模型。

AI 功能与 Google 用户数据

SocialPulsar 的 AI 功能（Gemma AI 与 Lobby 助手）使用 Google 的开放权重模型 Gemma 4 生成回复。该模型为自托管：由使用 SocialPulsar 的腾讯 PUBG MOBILE 团队在其专用 GPU 服务器（云 VPC 实例）上运行，并通过内部兼容 OpenAI 的网关（LiteLLM）调用。模型权重存储并运行于这些服务器本地。

请求仅在这些自托管服务器上处理，绝不会发送给 Google、模型提供方或任何其他外部 AI 提供商，也不会回退到其他模型。
模型服务器和网关只记录请求元数据（时间、端点、模型名称和状态码），不记录也不存储提示和回复的内容。该部署仅用于推理：任何请求数据都不会用于训练或微调任何模型。
任何 Google 用户数据都不会发送给任何 AI 模型或 AI 服务。这包括 Google Tasks 数据、Google 日历活动及由其派生的任何信息（如忙闲时间），以及 Google 云端硬盘文件的名称或链接。助手只使用你输入的内容和在 Lobby 中创建的信息。

共享

我们不出售 Google 用户数据，也不与第三方共享或传输。日历活动的时间和标题仅因你选择共享而在 Lobby 内显示给你所在团队分组中已登录的成员。除此之外，仅在你明确要求、出于安全需要或法律要求时例外。托管服务商（腾讯云、Cloudflare）仅为运行服务而处理数据。

存储与保护

OAuth 访问令牌和刷新令牌以 AES-256-GCM 加密存储在德国法兰克福的服务器上；所有连接均通过 HTTPS（TLS）保护。
日历活动不会保存到我们的数据库。团队打开“日历”页面时从 Google 获取，并在服务器内存中最多保留 3 分钟以减少请求。我们只保存你选择共享的日历的 ID、名称和颜色。
加密密钥与数据库分开保存。令牌仅由自动同步程序使用；除安全、法律义务或你的明确同意外，任何人员都不会读取这些数据。

保存期限与删除

令牌和 Google 账号邮箱仅在连接有效期间保存。
在“任务应用”页面点击“断开连接”后，已保存的令牌和连接数据会立即删除。对于 Google 日历，我们还会请求 Google 撤销访问权限，你的活动也会从团队日历中消失。
你也可以随时在 Google 账号权限中撤销访问权限；撤销后同步停止，已保存的令牌失效。
已在 Google Tasks 中生成的任务副本保留在你的 Google 账号中，你可以在那里删除。
如需删除你的全部数据，请发送邮件至 privacy@socialpulsar.xyz，我们会在 30 天内回复。

SocialPulsar Lobby 对从 Google API 获得的信息的使用以及向任何其他应用的传输，将遵守 Google API 服务用户数据政策，包括其中的“有限使用”要求。

Microsoft To Do 连接遵循相同规则，仅用于任务副本。

公司请假与 Outlook 日历

在 SocialPulsar Lobby 中报备的请假（类型、日期或时间、可选的城市/地点，以及此人的姓名、邮箱和部门）对公司所有人可见，方便团队了解谁在休假、远程办公或出差。备注仅本人、其选择的邮件收件人和请假管理员（Office Admin）可见。

公司 Outlook 日历。请假管理员可以通过 Microsoft 自己的登录页面，一次性连接公司的 Microsoft（outlook.com）账户；SocialPulsar 不会看到密码。我们申请读取该账户日历列表以及创建和删除事件的权限（Calendars.ReadWrite，并使用 offline_access 保持连接）。
发送到 Outlook 的内容：每条请假在所选日历中生成一个事件，包含请假类型、姓名、日期或时间，以及填写的地点（例如“年假 · 姓名”）。不会发送备注、邮箱地址或其他信息，也不会发送邀请或邮件。在 Lobby 中删除请假时，对应的 Outlook 事件也会删除。
从 Outlook 读取的内容：仅日历列表（用于选择）以及账户名称和地址。不会读取已有事件或邮件。
存储：Microsoft 令牌在我们的服务器上加密保存，请假管理员点击“断开连接”后即删除。也可以随时在 Microsoft 账户的隐私设置中撤销访问（account.live.com/consent/Manage）。
除 AI 功能中所述外，请假与 Outlook 数据不会发送给任何 AI 服务（Lobby 助手可使用 Lobby 中请假的日期和类型；Microsoft 数据从不使用）。

Cookie 与浏览器存储

仅使用必要的 Cookie：会话 Cookie（sp_session），以及连接任务应用时有效期 20 分钟的连接 Cookie（lobby_oauth；请假管理员连接 Outlook 时为 lobby_outlook）。没有广告或跟踪 Cookie。语言、外观和 Gemma 聊天保存在浏览器本地存储中。

托管与传输

数据存储在位于德国法兰克福的腾讯云服务器上；流量通过 Cloudflare 安全传输。我们不会出售你的数据。

保存期限与你的权利

账号有效期间保存数据。如需访问、更正、删除你的数据或提出异议（GDPR / KVKK），或删除账号，请发送邮件至 privacy@socialpulsar.xyz。

变更

本政策如有更新，本页日期会随之更改；重要变更会在应用内通知。
